On 5 November 1998 the Utescheny AG in Zaisenhausen and the OLHO-Technik Oleff und Holtmann OHG in Löhne-Gohfeld founded the later YOUR Solution gmbh as a platform for innovation and sales which has been joined afterwards by the Reum AG in Hardheim for two years.
"The intelligent networking of medium-sized family businesses" was the intention of the shareholders and the initiators from the customer side.

On 5 November 1998 the Utescheny AG in Zaisenhausen and the OLHO-Technik Oleff und Holtmann OHG in Löhne-Gohfeld founded the later YOUR Solution gmbh as a platform for innovation and sales which has been joined afterwards by the Reum AG in Hardheim for two years.
"The intelligent networking of medium-sized family businesses" was the intention of the shareholders and the initiators from the customer side.
In this connection the long-term protection of the individual enterprises in a high-performance network without loss of their legal autonomy was focussed. Since that time this network has permanently been enlarged by horizontal and vertical co-operations. On the asset deal of the Utescheny Group by the OLHO Group on 1 January 2005, the functions and the idea was spun off into the YOUR Solution GmbH + Co. KG as non-exclusive external service.
